Supreme Court and Privy Council consider 'joint enterprise'

In R v Jogee the Supreme Court and the Privy Council (sitting together) considered the mental state required for the doctrine sometimes described as ‘joint enterprise’ or ‘parasitic accessory liability’. The judgment contained a landmark restatement of the law in this area.  Duncan Atkinson appeared for the Respondent.
