Brexit and the criminal justice system: speech to the annual GLS Prosecutors' Conference

At today’s annual Government Legal Service Prosecutors’ Conference, Rosemary Davidson joined a panel of speakers including the Solicitor General, HHJ Peter Rook and Professor David Ormerod.

Rosemary spoke on the subject of “Brexit and its impact on the criminal justice system”, focusing on the potential impact of Brexit on the UK’s criminal justice cooperation relationships with the EU, in particular extradition and mutual legal assistance.
