Our members include five Senior and two Junior Treasury Counsel at the Central Criminal Court. Eight of our members are on the Attorney General’s panel for civil litigation.

We also act as panel counsel to:

  • The Serious Fraud Office
  • The Financial Conduct Authority
  • The Competition and Markets Authority
  • The Department of Business Innovation and Skills
  • The Crown Prosecution Service (including each of its specialist panels)
  • OFWAT
  • OFCOM

In recent years our members have undertaken secondments to the Law Commission, others have been appointed to roles such as the Home Secretary’s Independent Review of UK Extradition Arrangements (2011); the St Helena Child Abuse Inquiry (2014); and the DCMS Independent Review of Licence Enforcement (2015).
